Treacle days,
Langorous afternoons,
Paths of low resistance,
Thunderheads and fireflies rising,
Nights with flame and stars,
Satellites passing,
Mirror world,
Pulse of light then thunder,
Wind across the roofs,
Rain in the bent boughs,
No one else company enough,
Storm as expected.
